It looks like you're using Vortex which isn't really recommended.

Delete these from your mods folder per the error message section:

The files look correctly installed. But, for some reason it's not scaling up.
I don't have as many mods; but DCburgers_CP version with PyTK, and ContentPatcher both work fine on my end while testing it out.

So, some sort of mod conflict on your end.
Either something up with your PyTK installation, or I do see another mod called HD Portraits.
Can you temporarily remove HD Portraits first? Test it out; if not delete PyTK, and reinstall it from scratch.

Are you modifying PyTK; it's a bit odd?
It says you have ver1.24.0; but the main PyTK is at 1.23.2; and PyTK-Lite is at 1.24. But, the lite version is named differently.

But, thanks for the new log. I think it may be a conflict with SeasonalCute characters; they're both editing the same images.
You may want to try removing the Seasonal Cute Characters mod temporarily, and see if that works.:
