Furniture in cellar??

When I loaded up my game I saw that my cellar suddenly had furniture. I am unsure if its a glitch or part of a mod or something but if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated.

Howdy, can you post a SMAPI log via: https://smapi.io/log/

With the way some of the sprites are overlapping; it looks like a change to the cellar map.
But, the SMAPI log should show us all mods that edit it. Unless you're using XNBs, but that's not recommended, and can cause issues.

Thank you so much! I was so confused on why there was suddenly furniture because when I downloaded it everything was empty. But when I checked the mod page it shows that I somehow have a specific one downloaded, which I am still confused about since it worked without the furniture for a long time.

There should be a config file inside the mod folder with whatever version you're using.
Though, it looks like you're also using "Generic Mod Config Menu". The default may have changed by accident through the menu.
