I am also having this problem and have tried reloading but that didn’t help

i have this issue as well. Don’t know what to do i can’t progress at the moment without robin

I have the same problem, what works for me : save your game right there in the shop, clos the game and restart, load your game and when the question comes if you want to reload where you left of press yes, the menu in Robin’s shop is then visible. im on Chromebook and I will reload multiple times and I use mouse but still doesn't work I feel your pain lol
