iOS Can’t Place Gathered Items from Special Orders

I play the 1.5 update on my IPAD.
For each special order that required gathering items and then placing them in a box or bin ( e.g. on Gunther’s counter, Gus’s Counter or next to Willy’s in the bin), I can’t place the items in any of the 6 boxes they come up when you click on the ?. It’s just frozen, I can’t drag the items in or click them in by clicking on the box. I load the game each time from the opening menu (I.el, getting out of bed). Would appreciate any tips on how to fix this!

1. Some people can put the item in the top row of inventory and it works from there. The very first or last spot in top row work for some. Did not work for me though.
2. Change your iPad resolution to ‘Zoomed’ worked for me… it also corrected all the tiny icons.

I have tried each spot multiple times on multiple orders, but none worked- but I will check my resolution as you suggested, thanks !

I have iPad pro 12.9 inch and am on iOS 16.2 I think? Check the screenshot I posted it shows the path to change the setting

There is no such thing in my tablet, but I will take it into account when updating 1.6

So this just happened to me when trying to place hardwood into the bin for Robin's special order. I had my hardwood in the 3rd row of my character's inventory and I couldn't click it or drag it. I exited from the special order bin, opened my inventory, and moved the hardwood from the 3rd row to the 2nd row of my inventory, then when I went back into the special order bin I could click it and place it to complete the order.

I guess this is all related that why a post it here, i to have the same problem that doesn’t allow to craft or put items on the special delivery’s, also the museum doesnt allow to rearrange the some items(can’t select some rows just like the problem with the deliverys), seems to me its some kind of “hit box” or “screen resize problem”:
IPad Pro 2021 12.9 inchs and IPAD OS16.
