Issue Stardew Valley Expanded Issue

Help me out! I'm a mac user trying to reinstall SVE and I've read so many threads and reinstalled so many mods but it doesn't seem to be working. I reinstalled all the mods asked of me to reinstall and update yet it shows that they're still outdated ( even though i got the most recent version directly from the nexus mods site)

Here's a SS of how my mods folder looks atm, the loose zip files are the ones that needed updating and just got downloaded.
