Issue Clothing Glitch

I have a few different clothing mods, but for some reason, I cannot change my outfit at all. My farmer is stuck wearing only the farming pants and farm overall top. I can put on hats and change my shoes, but even if it registering as wearing different clothes, the outfit is still the same. Any tips?
