There are at least 2 other Hat items that are very rare drops which I am grinding towards getting. I only recently got the Trash Can Hat for the first time while mildly grinding for it (I don't normally check the Trash cans), so these 2 other ones are really rare.

Spoilers for them:

Living Hat (from scything Weeds)
Tiger Hat (from killing Tiger Slimes)

Tiger isn’t too too rare tbh, I’ve gotten it a few times without trying though I do admit I used to do a lot of volcano runs.
I even threw one out to save info space once, should have given it to you 😅.

Feel bad for posting this, but opened the previous save file... Another person said he or she was hunting for the Living Hat, which I got super early on Ginger Island. Honestly thought it was as a reward from Leo because he asked me to befriend the parrots, and I had recently found a few golden walnuts. But it must have dropped from the few weeds near his hut.

Then seemed to recall the name of another item, and errr... yeah 😳

Haven't been grinding for these at all, and it's just coincidence I didn't bin them on the spot (not a big clothes fan). Thankfully the hoarder's syndrome won out xD

The Squire's Helmet is a hat that can be collected as a monster drop from Metal Heads, Hot Heads and Metal Head (dangerous). It cannot be sold to the Adventurer's Guild.

The Squire's Helmet will drop when the number of Metal Heads / Hot Heads / Metal Heads (dangerous) killed + a unique ID assigned to the save file can divide evenly by 100, with no remainder. In the worst case scenario, 99 Metal Heads have to be slain to obtain the first Helmet.

I knew about the Tiger one, but I had no idea about the other. Perhaps finding it will be my next goal

Entire trash outfit may be necessary to fully compliment the hat! Perfect costume for Spirit's Eve!
Trash can shirt tailored with a broken cd, broken glasses, driftwood, soggy newspaper, or trash.
I recommend the relaxed fit pants made with apple, apricot, banana, mango, cherry, or pomegranate. Dyed silver-gray with stone and iron ore, adjusted with coal and milk to get the shade just right.
