Go over to her room in your house and search it, you'll find David Jr. soon enough! Now go to her old room in her parents' house and search the same spot...

Edit: Nothing's clickable in the Spouse rooms! So to get a hint at who David Jr. is, you'll first need to go to Abigail's room in her parents' house and click the stuff in there until you find the hint about this!
