Issue (Help) Game is freezing when going to sleep

In co-op, whenever something is placed in the shipping during the day, at night time it'll freeze and be stuck on a black screen. It saves fine and loads the next day if I don't sell anything though. There isn't a crash report so not sure what's going wrong? Have tried removing mods but the issue is the same so not sure if there causing any issues. How do I fix this?

Okay so just had another play with it - the issue appears to be localised to that farm? I can play other farms with the same person and they work fine?

Sorry to keep spamming - not sure if we made it better or worse but he got all the same mods I have and now when he sleeps the game crashes and theres an error log!
