I've gathered 200 fiber, tried giving it to Emily but she only accepts 1 as a gift. (On Switch)

It’s the 14 heart quest called “Errand for your Wife”. But I’m not familiar with the bug unless they restarted on the day they received the quest, but then tried handing in the fiber before triggering the cutscene that starts the quest again.

Well, I’ve never done the quest but maybe just talk to Emily with the fiber in your inventory? I wish I had better advice for you.

Talking with the fibre in your inventory will do the trick, no need to gift.
You will need to get one more fibre though...
