Do you mean will they breed in the coop?
Will not as no coop animal will, instead you can place a dino egg in the incubator for another dino and repeat this as much as you will.
This is easy as the dinos will produce eggs in your coop once grown.
Do note that the eggs take more than 9 days in the incubator to hatch.

Mine keep on not gaining any hearts no matter how many times I make love to them. Lol.

I meant they won't gain hearts for me but Ive accidentally starved them a couple times. Maybe it just takes longer than the other animals. I was beginning to think that they just couldn't love me. Lol.

They do the same as all other animals, starving them does lessen friendship considerably though.

Keep them fed on grass and hay, and pet them daily. Their hearts and egg quality will increase just like other farm animals.

As long as you are petting them and feeding them, they should start warming up to you. At least I hope your just petting them... if it's more than that well, that's to much information for me!
