Issue Stardew Valley Expanded not loading

I have installed all the mods required for Expanded mod but, only the suport mods load everything else is vanilla. I have made a new world several times, and even have the .rar, the folder with all the mods that comes within the rar in one folder in the "mods" folder and all the mods in those also copied in the mods folder, so I can't figure out why it will not load.
