Issue SMAPI/Game crashed when entering house on multiplayer

As the title says I am having an issue with either SMAPI, the game, or some combo of the two crashing whenever I try to enter the main house in a multiplayer game. Everything was working last night without issue and, with the exception of the recolor mod, everything is identical mod-wise for myself and my partner. I can go into a single player game and everything works without issue.

Please can you verify your game files and then try again? Perhaps ask your partner to do the same, just to be sure there are no issues with your game files.

We can confirm that both sets of files are validated. I can go into any other building/location with no problem, it's just the main house. One thing we noticed in the SMAPI log is that it shows that I am warping to the house. This only started after the house was upgraded with the farmhouse basement mod enabled so we are going to remove that and see from there.
