Well, the version 1.5.5 that has been released but is still being ported to mobile does not have multiplayer, no.

There may more updates, but we're not counting on them... and even if we do get more updates, I think it unlikely. The way phones work, because of how they communicate through the cell signal, it makes it difficult for this sort of multiplayer. Turn-based programs, where any delay in communication can't hurt something? Sure. But the instantaneous, real-time multiplayer that we have on PC, Xbox, PS and Switch... phones just don't do that well.

Older topic but I wanted to emphasize that is it EXTREMELY unlikely mobile versions will get multiplayer. I won't say "never" but you should not expect a multiplayer update to ever come out for mobile. If multiplayer is your main motivation to play Stardew Valley, you should get a console or PC version of the game.
