Strange Noise during rainy days??

Ok so I’ve been trying to figure it out for more than 2 years. People think it’s coming from the wizard tower, then someone said it’s the whales in the ocean

i always just assumed it was a ghost, like the type that you see in the mines. spooky rain ghost that just likes to roam around just outside your vision!

I feel like its the shadow people. They're a mysterious people so it makes sense to appear during weather that is associated with mystery and blocks out the sun

This is exactly what I thought. I try to go to the ocean when it rains just in case I find some mysterious sea monster. One can hope.

Actually if you talk to Marnie she has a quote saying "Have you been to that strange tower west of my house? One time I heard this terrible, otherworldly noise coming from there. I would avoid that place if I were you... " So perhaps it may be from the wizards tower? :0

I think he's talking about that wailing noise that comes in the morning of a rainy day. Sounds like a ghost or some large creature.
