Best option is probably the garbage suit, if only you could go Solid Snake and sit down, hiding inside it. Yellow rain coat and Fedora could evoke Dick Tracey and thus the PI look. But yeah, Ninjas are out, no adequate headgear for it unfortunately.

I think sometimes on Saturdays he goes to the saloon and then back to his apartment.
