Second, if I've translated what you said correctly it is: "Someone help me, I already have the museum these 3 artifacts, but in my guide does not appear as collected". This usually happens because you found those artifacts through an alternate way, like fishing. Artifacts from fishing treasure chests, for example, do not seem to get added to the collection properly. All you need to do to "fix" it, which is to say get them added to the collection, is find those things again but through a different method, like by actually digging them up at an artifact spot or by opening a geode or artifact trove.
