Which enchantment should I get?

I am needing to decide between the artful and the crusader enchantment for the infinity hammer. Any advice?

Hmmm... I've never been able to figure out how you can abuse a hammer's secondary ability, the area slam repeating something or other. For that reason, I say go with Crusader and stop needing bombs to kill Mummies.

Right click then instantly mash left click. Or the special attack button and then the regular attack button, on other platforms. I always get Artful because that's my main way of attacking enemies.
For whatever reason, it seems like as of 1.5 you can hold left click and it'll still do a few extra hits, although I think it's not as many as if you mash well.

The tricky part is that each hit applies knockback seperately, so if you're not careful you'll only get one or two in before the enemy is too far away to hit. With ground based enemies, it helps to position yourself in such a way that they get stuck on the wall or a rock. With flying enemies you just have to mash fast and get two or three hits in. On the bright side, if the enemy has been knocked far away, that can make it easier to ignore it and keep mining.
