Can't get Craftmaster to flip

The advanced crafting options is easy to miss in the options menu, and is a massive help with anything you could be misremembering/second guessing yourself on.
Otherwise, it is also likely that you might be missing one obscure crafting recipe for something, from somewhere. Could be a late game one that is tied to a quest. We won't be able to help with that unless we have screenshots and can see your crafting menu in kind, as Ereo suggested.
