Switch [HELP] Can’t load file help

When I try to load my game I get the message « you exit the softwar because an error occured » this is translated from French. I tried everything but nothing works. The file is not corrupted.

Can you check for a crash log and upload it here? On Windows it would be in %appdata%\StardewValley\ErrorLogs (the folder above it is the same one your saves are in), on Mac ~/.config/StardewValley/ErrorLogs and on Linux ~/.local/share/StardewValley/ErrorLogs.

(If the game is not actually crashing, and you just can't load a particular save for some reason, you can also zip the folder for that save and upload it here to check it out.)

Hey I have been having the same issue on my Switch too. I can load my save file just fine, but when i go to save my progress to go to the next day it will pop up with the same message. Were they able to help you? I've been hoping an update would come out to fix this but it's been over two months...
