I like Calico Desert, but I think it's kind of boring. Wouldn't it be cool if the desert was turned into a Phoenix (Arizona)-like city? It wouldn't be very big because that would very difficult to make, but I'll be glad if it's added regardless.

This sounds great, and Sandy could lease the newly expanding City part of her water and land rights and then afford to retire in peace and also visit Emily whenever she wants.
