Fertilzed greenhouse question.

I was thinking about upgrading nozzles in gh to squeeze in a few more ancient fruit when i found a post saying just use deluxe retaining soil and remove all the sprinklers.

Great idea, however i must have already used speed grow or something years ago and now it says "that tile is already fertilized ".... any way to get the retaining soil down w/o removing all crops and waiting for the soil to dry?

Thanks.

On switch btw.

My friend, I've wanted to remove the deluxe speed-gro from under my ancient fruit for so long...

From my understanding, it should go away in winter... but it doesn't seem to.

Hmmm, thanks for the great new bit of game knowledge guys.

I used to think practically every fertilizer except deluxe speed gro was essentially worthless.

Guess that’s not the case after all.

Pretty sure the only way is to cut down your ancient fruit plants and use the pickaxe to return the dirt to untilled condition.

Be careful! I accidentally used the axe instead of the hoe or pickaxe to dig up a plant in the greenhouse. Might have added insult to injury by double-clicking. Now I have a "blank" spot that doesn't allow anything on it.

You have to re-hoe it, re-fertilize it (if so desired) and re-plant in that square. It should not be permanently locked out.
