An Umbrella or Bus Shelter for Pam

Currently, on rainy days, Pam has to stand out there and get soaked while she waits for us to take the bus.

Can we either give her an umbrella, or preferably, utilize the Community Upgrades at Robin's Shop and let us build a bus shelter?

I thunk in general it would be really cool to have some available additions to the bus stop! Maybe a bench for Pam to sit on while she waits?

In a similar vein, it would be awesome of we could reach new places other than the Desert! Perhaps make trips to the city.
