I've played this game for a little less than 100 hours and I feel like I'm running out of things to do. When I started I read about the 1 year community center challenge and decided to make that my main goal. I finished on my 2nd attempt on Winter 2, having just been missing some of the winter forage items. (on my first attempt somehow I missed the red cabbage seeds). I guess this kind of set the tone for me, because I continued to go hard on the other goals.

I had Willy's boat repaired by the end of the first winter.
I reached level 100 of the Skull Cavern on my 2nd attempt.
I have maxed out hearts with Abigail, Penny, Emily, and Leah and still deciding which one of them to start dating. I also maxed out Linus and a couple of others.
I have a greenhouse full of Ancient Fruit and a barn full of kegs.
I have about 2/3 of the fish caught, but this goal, along with the "cook everything" goal, and the "find everything for the museum" goal, don't really interest me in completing.

Admittedly, I haven't explored Ginger Island much, and I haven't made it to year 3 yet, but I kind of get the feeling that I've pushed through most of the game content and don't really know what else to look forward to. Any suggestions?

I've played for about 2000 hours, I think I have 5 different farms and am not "done" yet.
There is a lot more to do after finishing the Community Center, more unique items to acquire, quests to do, & more acheivements. Since you completed the community center in a year, getting the rest of the things for the museum and Master Angler shouldn't be that hard, and the rewards are excellent. There is a lot of endgame content after getting to level 100 in the Skull Cavern, but a lot of it is on Ginger Island.

First off, a bit of criticism: You can fit more kegs in a big shed than in the barn, and the big shed has a smaller footprint leaving you more space on the farm.

Second, adding to what Maw said... Have you completed the Trash Bear's tasks? Have you gotten the statue of perfection? The statue of true perfection? (That one I know you haven't because of what you've already said.) There's a lot of content you didn't mention.

There's a lot there to explore, so I would strongly encourage you to continue playing and work on exploring the island. And as you mention not making it to year three yet, there's at least one thing you haven't seen in the game.

Other things to work on would include friendship with different NPCs and unlocking their heart events, trying to complete quests from the new special orders board added in 1.5, working on the Wizard's quest after you complete the community center (head up to the spa/train station area), and all the other things mentioned already by Maw and Imnvs!
