Anyone else notice that when you sail to the island on willys boat there's always different boats and clouds? I noticed because the 1st time I went I saw a joja cargo ship and the 2nd time I saw 2 fishing boats.

Hadn't thought of that. Yeah, I'm not going to the island for the first time all that often, so I wouldn't have noticed. Presumably any MP save, each person on their first trip could see something different.

I'm pretty sure you can see the cutscene every time if you dont hit skip

Okay, fine, I admit it. I've only taken the boat literally the one time I needed to get there the first time. Since it has been warp totems and the obelisk. I thought you only got it the first time... or was that a bug that has since been fixed?

If it was a thing it never happened to me. I took willys boat a few times because I was trying to save the dragons teeth for the obelisk.
You only get the cutscene on the initial trip.

Oh ok. I must have gotten my different save files mixed up in my head. My bad imnvs guess you were right.

There's a brief cutscene that happens every time (if you don't press skip), but it's much shorter than the cutscene you get the first time you go to the island.

That's a shame. A different cutscene every day would be great. A different cutscene that would depend on the meterology would be even greater.
And a cutscene with Willy singing like the Old Captain from Animal Crossing New Leaf (my favorite part of the game) would be legendary...
