I have learned to set an alarm an hour before I wanna wake up, gives me another hour to sleep which helps!

Oh yikes, didn't consider that... well I find it easy to go to sleep so works out for me! :)

That can also change, I used to have trouble falling asleep if I woke up too early, but now I do that almost every day (for some reason) and go back to sleeping immediately after.

I mean even if you don't fall asleep, you can just lie in bed and use the time to mentally prepare yourself to get up an hour later hehe

There must be some change in wheather be on it's way, I woke up with a pretty dumb and knocking head today. Got better with a bit Ibuprofen, but in the end's just one of these days, when you stare at the figures and they stare back at you and both realize that today you won't get along great together 🫩
