I would LOVE to be able to romance Rasmodius in vanilla. I can't play with mods due to incompatibility reasons, and having it in vanilla would be so amazing.

I didn't think about that... maybe the Witch? I don't know much, still in early game, but I've seen a little lore online that she exists? Correct me if I'm wrong though.

She does, but the game doesn't do much with her. You can't even talk to her or anything.
I dunno about the wizard. He'd have to change his attitude of "every second of your presense bothers me and I just wanna work on my stuff you're too dumb to understand"
Maybe that's just me, but sure feels like it.
