Okay, so imagine when you get engaged, your fiance asks where you want to get married, and it could be in town, the forest, beach, desert, maybe ginger island locations.
You would go in to the area during the typical event timeframe (which tbh I feel like should be 9-5 since it always takes the whole day anyway).
If you miss it, your bethrothed is mad at you like with the 'dated every bachelor/ette' event.
On the way into the map the wedding is at, it asks if you want to wear your current clothes, a suit, or a dress.
Then they do the ceremony, and there's a reception afterwards where you can talk to the guests.
