Honestly I'd love the option for an extra inventory bar - once you get to later game it's such a pain going back and forward to chests D:
Also a minecart to the beach!

I agree with this, maybe an inventory book you can get from Marcello's after you get 3 rows and make it expensive, you should earn this. Then get something maybe on ginger island, like a parrot that found a backpack and is willing to give it to you for some extra walnuts. 5 rows should be enough for now.

Usually I have chests all over the town (check villager paths!) and use these to cache stuff. With Big-Chests there is more than enough storage within.
In front of my house and in each entrance of a mine I have always the special Junimo Chest to put not needed tools in. So I have a lot more space when digging.
