iOS Mines Glitch

I’m hosting a farm with my IOS device and another player is connecting with their Android device;
When we get into the mines the other player sometimes gets stuck in place and can’t move after breaking a stone or attacking i think, the only solution I found to make them able to move again is to either give them and item or make them attack a monster nearby but it’s still frustrating, It has never happened to me though, any help please?

I also noticed that if they use the in-game joystick it doesn’t happen but they don’t like to use it
