I found 3 chests in an L shape once. They made a weird double chest, but then showed the third chest's inventory, thus, making a triple chest. I can't remember what version, or what video gave me the seed and chords.

2) About as good as you'd expect. It was hard to clean off the oily chocolate and get rid of the brown color. Her comments on the topic are "GARAMA"
3) Some store that specialises in these kinda stuff that my gf took me to. It's 3d printed and very cheap to buy. There were also a LOT of miku figurines.
