i am trans and have autism, possibly adhd and i get depressive episodes

... That made me think of Banankontakt av Tredje Graden (banana contact of the third degree) by the Swedish band Electric Banana Band, which is about a banana-shaped UFO that lands and takes over. The band played songs for children of all ages. They held a free concert in my town on the day I turned 40, and the audience roughly contained people from 5-85 years. If it hadn't been raining that day, the town square would've been packed instead of two thirds full.
