Vegan Friendly Gameplay + Some ideas

Hi Everyone! I have some ideas that i'd love to see on a future update :)

I've seen some people (and myself) who'd love to have a Vegan Friendly gameplay, because if we try to play the game the way we want, we wouldn't be able to complete the CC and wouldn't do joja either :( So it would be fantastic if there was a second option for the community center where the animal products aren't needed... Maybe making the other areas harder or having a new bundle that substitutes the fishing one

Another idea that i have is for us to be able to "rescue" animals, like, ocasionally, Marnie would say she found a sick or abused animal and asks if the farmer could help her take care of the animal.

I think it would be neat if there was a way for the farmer to clean the rivers and ocean, maybe a machine that would collect trash, and at certain levels this would trigger dialogues with people noticing the difference :)

Something that i think would be really cool is to have a way to "dive", accessing new areas at the rivers and oceans, where we could interect with animals, clean the trash, maybe encounter new monsters or talk to the mermaid people, since we know they exist! this could be a great end-game addition, a whole new dimension for people to explore

Anyway, i love this game, thanks for your work Eric!!

I don't know if it's necessary, but I think that would be a fairly simple fix, and it's important to some people, so I second the suggestion!

Especially the part about trash. I mean, sure
the trash bear cleans up near the sewer, and when Pam gets a house, the area around there gets cleaned up
but SOMEBODY's gotta figure out why Pelican Town was built on an ancient eyeglass burial ground!

Hmmm... this is a lot to parse and respond to. You might want to consider posting each idea in its own thread, mate. Keep things related together... but I see vegan gameplay, rescuing animals, cleaning waterways and exploring waterways, or four different ideas. Each of these is worthy of their own discussion, imho, but lumping them all together is going to see the conversation muddled and parts forgotten or ignored while people focus on others. They'll all get their own attention if they have their own threads.

+1 from me for the vegan only gameplay. we have started to play to make greenshouse, but it appeared to be impossible without playing around with animal derivates products, which kind of does not make sense at all ;-)

There may be some mods for this! I will also note that if you're trying to complete a "no animals" run of the game, you can opt to go to the Joja route and you won't need to acquire any specific items for that.

I'd like to be able to buy small milk and small eggs from somewhere, perhaps in year 2 when the artisan bundle is usually long finished by then. Sometimes i just don't feel like having a barn.

"Vegan farm" could be perhaps a new type of the farm with some switches taking fishing among with animals out of the picture. That's only what's missing this game to be perfect ;)

I disagree. Mostly because the concept of "perfection" is relative.
