What to do with Ancient Seeds?

Hey guys, I just started growing Ancient Fruit and found two more Ancient Seeds. I can't plant them and they won't go into the seed maker either. Am I missing something, or should I just throw them away?

If you donated one to the museum, I think you should have the crafting recipe to craft them into plantable seeds

You craft them into Ancient Seeds. Never throw them away. Ancient Fruit are some of the best fruit in the game.

You craft them into Ancient Seeds. Never throw them away. Ancient Fruit are some of the best fruit in the game.

There the best fruit period. Starfruit is the only one that competes and possibly beats them but ancient is regrowing.

It really depends on how much effort you want to put in, ancient fruit takes a lot more to setup, but is handy in the fact that it regrows, and starfruit can be pushed to be better g per day (if you grow it in 8 or 7 days), but it'll permanently require replanting, so it's up to the player
