Krobus and dwarf

The only requirements to talk to Krobus and access his shop is that you need to have donated 60 items to the museum so you get the key to the sewers.
The dwarf in the mine you need to take down the wall with an upgraded pickaxe, or any kind of bomb. That lets you talk to the dwarf even if you don't understand him. To understand the dwarf you need to find the 4 types of dwarf scrolls that monsters drop, donate those to the museum, and pick up the dwarven translation guide which is the reward. Then you can access his shop and give him gifts.

Some precision: you can give gifts to Dwarf before having received the Dwarven Translation Guide, though they won't grant you any friendship at this time. So be wary if you don't want to loose gifts needlessly.
