Seems like he is unhappy being your husband... How many hearts does he have? The Wiki says, when the hearts are low, the spouses stay in bed, dont help at the farm and give you angry dialogue. And going out on Friday is Sebbys usual schedule, he first stands at his place at the docks and later goes to the saloon to play pool with Sam and Abby.

Yes I feed him.3 hearts he fell down to. Use to be 10 heart ifcnot more. How can this happen?
He always ask me to givè him something to do. I ignored him for a few years gamewised.
I think he wanted me to ok the slime house but I don't need or want this on my grandfather's farm.
Should I just send him back to Robin, as in divorce. He has been hanging out with Angelina at the club and not coming home.

If you ignored him for year's you shouldn't be surprised about his behaviour... Think the others way round, how would you feel

Give him a lot of gifts and he will return to normal. You do need 10 hearts with every player for perfection, so I advise that you don't go through the struggle of divorce, but instead just make him like you again. Divorcing will also make him hate you, and so if you like the person than I would advise to not sacrifice your relationship.
Also, if you do want to divorce him without worrying about him hating you, you can erase his memory at the witch's shrines. It would not be ideal for your game, though, so I would give him a lot of sashimi

his heart rate used to be 10 hearts if not more. What happen, just because I wouldn't start a dumb slime house. I don't want ! I gave him everything to his liking and love. Still he hung out with Angela. On Fridays and of course Sam an ex. Now he's down to two stars after I feed him his favorite!

To inform you on the health of Sabath, I always feed him always gave him his favorites. Even when I ignored him, I would ignore him every time about the Slime House.
Because for obvious reasons. I did not want to manage a Slime House. Now I have said it about a dozen times.
Is it a must to spoil him with his request? He's completely blank in the hearts and no matter what I give him he loses love for me and show a cloud over his head when I try cc and kiss him! He talks to me nicely but refuses to kiss me he actually pushes ke away. Maybe I should remember his b-day, which is the 10th in winter. However, I never have ever.

With 112 days a year and 63 years, have you played every one of those ~7000 days? Or do you skip days to avoid waiting for things to happen (Crops to grow or the right season for a Fish to be available)? If you skip days, each day counts towards not interacting with your spouse so you will lose hearts on every day. The easiest way to avoid this penalty is not to have a spouse which it seems you are doing now.
The Parrot trinket you describe adds a small amount of g to your total for each monster you kill. It's useful if you have no other g income but for most late game players it doesn't have much value. The eggs are better used a loved gifts for Emily.

Yeah ignoring him until he's 3 hearts will definitely do that...
It's fine though, while spouses have a friendship penalty from gifts, you can give them one a day and talk to them (kiss them at higher hearts, too), so friendship should only take a few weeks to get back to full, less if you take him to the movies, his birthday comes up, you use stardrop tea, etc.

I am at year 64. I started noticing Sebathian was losing hearts he is down to 0. No matter if I feed him his 300 shami on to the he talks to me still but is angry or doesn't kiss me. When he goes to the club on Friday nights he goes without me, is he angry about that plus I never remember his birthday. I skip days just recently and he was all ready down 3 heart way before then.
He has a birthday problem and I don't get home til the farm is suppled with crops and the animals are happy collecting all I can til 11pm. Could that be it.

If you are skipping days his hearts will go down because you’re not talking to him.
Sebastian always goes to the pub by himself. He’s not mad about that, he’s mad because you don’t talk to him.
Waiting till night won’t work. Spouses usually go to bed at 10.
I start my days talking with my spouse and usually give them something too. Most days they’re in the kitchen, so it’s quick. Coffee is easy.
If you need to skip days frequently, you should either get out of bed and take the time to talk to your spouse each day or just divorce them.
The good news is that if you talk to them and give a liked gift, you can get their hearts up quickly, maybe one each week or two, and faster if you often give loved gifts.
The bad news is that they get unhappy if they are under 10 hearts, so if you want a happy Sebastian you will have to put consistent work into it for a while.
