Cheese isn’t great for flu, you might need life elixir.
Fruit salad ought to help, though, and I bet the cheese would be fabulous on spaghetti or cheese and cauliflower. Red plate is supposed to be very healthy, but not nearly as tasty.

Magic rock candy has to be a contender, like c'mon it's the only universally loved food (of 2 if you count stardrop tea ig, though it's not really a food item in a literal or game sense), so there has to be something amazing about it.
