New village+The train

There should be a new snowy village called (snowy tundra) a completely new polar reigon to explore that has an hotel , sheep farm with a wool factory to buy new wooly , thick and warm clothes to survive the bitterfrost of the reigon. With a skating park (including a thrilling new minigame) with it , including a broken down news center(complete a bundle to fix it and add 2+ channels on the tv!)but nothing comes without a regions dark secrets! Such as the abominable snow man! the real question is how do you get there? A train of course with a new driver npc and lots of other people with 750 (c) ticket. Ps'guys fill in the details !

To add on, I think it'd be cool to see an NPC that is a part of the tundra dwellers that Linus encountered, maybe even have a secret society deep in a frozen Skull Cavern-esque area that migrated from "beyond the sea" due to the Gotoro Empire conflict. Or something else because that's too similar to the 2nd level of the mines. Would also be a cool easter egg to have the Traveling Merchant pop up there too.

It has always struck me as strange that no trains stop at the train station in Pelican Town.

I will never pooh-pooh an idea for a new area/zone. What I would like to see is it work much like the Calico Desert. Some stuff that would be unlocked by quests, some stuff that is available as soon as you access it...

...but the thing that causes me to hold back a bit is that to get access to the Calico Desert takes completing bundles at the CC. I think, just to maintain some consistency, something similar should give access to this zone too. Perhaps another bundle (though how would folks that have already completed the CC access and then complete this bundle? ...perhaps something like how the movie theatre is unlocked?) or a quest that can be completed that installs a ticket booth at the train station?

1000% one of the more underutilized things in the game, in addition to that the design for the spa is beautiful but annoying to reach (unlike the hot spring in Harvest Moon).

I don't think this location needs to be strictly tied to the CC, I agree more to your proposal to something like the movie theatre bundle, or even a quest that comes from the Secret Notes or Mr. Qi after a number of in-game years. Ooor have a new NPC come to the valley (like Kent) and have a quest connected to them that'd unlock this location.

It's not a bad idea actually. Train could stop every so often and you could find some strangers on the train station that give you smaller quests for exculsive rewards. Or, even better, there could be a character called "Passenger" who's train would stop for 1 or 2 days every season (For example in 3rd year) with Quests that would be bit more difficult to complete and usually include stuff from the current season but he would also give very special reward once you complete the quest line and some smaller rewards for every quest completed.

Maybe the area could be Castle Village, the place mentioned in the earmuffs description? I'm assuming they'd make more warm clothes than just earmuffs, but maybe since earmuffs are small they're the only thing they can afford to export and that's why you have to go there to get them?

I like the tundra idea, and the bus usage. I'd also suggest a jungle kind of area, also with a town or city.
Then doing some quests there, without time limit.
Maybe the quests at one of the areas will make the bus ride free when done, but would be some hard or time consuming stuff we'd need to do.
Maybe having all recipes and make all dishes we'd need to give to them for a bus ticket for free rides.
Maybe for one or two years, then do the same again to get another one or two years for free.

A bundle would be nice, too. And having more secret notes would be fun, too, maybe get those from special ways, instead of the easy way like the others. Maybe from the bundles, which make you do a list of stuff.

Sorry for wanting to do a lot more than just filling a bundle, i just love to play around a lot XD
So glad i use timespeed mod, as that gives me more time to do stuff while having a nice and calm time, away from reallife.

Maybe some puzzles to solve, having a whole list of puzzles, of which each character gets one randomly chosen of.
I put a suggestion on my list (still just on txt, as i collect them), which is about a "corrupted crop", which could be used for that bundle, maybe?
Maybe some sort of curse from The Witch causing a certain unknown crop which wouldn't grow, but stays alive forever, until "that" happens (spoiler related) like we can have randomly, but then it'd be triggered on a day without such happening, when that crop has grown, like the very first happeningless day.
The corrupted crop(cropS if there would be more) would have more uses, but this could be one!

Many people have suggested new areas a lot, so i think we'll get some one day... i think CA is kinda busy with the next update(s), but eventually we may.
Also looking at the update screenshot MIGHT show us a new area, maybe just a small island that has a few things, nothing as special as what these suggestions mention, so who knows? We'll have to see.

Having one of those three is welcomed either way and I can't honestly choose lol. But if CA is adding banana trees (in a poll with 3 other tropical trees) I have a sneaking suspicion that he'll be adding a jungle-like area in the next update.
