I had flour, coffee, and taro stockpiled ever since the start of the save file. However, I completely forgot to account for the 50% decrease in profits, so I ended up only about 60% of the way there. Eh, I didn't actually need the qi gems for anything; I just thought it would be easy. I'm sure you can knock it out with proper planning. Now that you mention it, I've never bothered with Qi's Cuisine on any of my 25% profits farms. But my ears perk up at the prospect of an issued challenge, so I guess I'll just load up an old farm and do it then :)
mog is nonplussedgot the final coop upgrade! now all that's left is to get a rabbit.
Mog needs rabbit #85 but has to finish upgrading the coop and buying another giant plush bunny rabbit first.mog is nonplussed
My first farm was Forest with Leah. Vibe is perfect.Reached Perfection for Riverland!*rolls dice* Seems like Forest farm is up next. That means courting Leah, since I feel she'd be the perfect spouse for that farm.
Did you get the achievement at the same time, or earlier? I find that if I enter the forest from the town, I get the achievement, but not the scene. Seems to me like the scene might be set to trigger only when one enters the forest from the farm, but the achievement might be able to trigger however one enters the forest.Today, my new raccoon neighbours gave me a nice show with song and and dance when I entered Cindersap Forest. They seem to enjoy their new life as a biiiiig family. So sweet!

I've found that seed makers are a pretty good way to get ancient seeds pretty regularly. my 4x iridium sprinkler sunflower patch has netted at least 3 of them so farI got an ancient seed on day 6, so of course I handed it in to the museum and planted the viable seed on day 7, right next to the scarecrow. After having sometimes had to wait until winter to get one, I really appreciate getting one early.
When I bought the fiberglass rod on day 4, Willy also sold eel bait. Of course I got those, in preparation for the next rainy day. My skills aren't good enough for getting catfish at a low level, so to me they were worth more than catfish bait would've been. Fishing level 5 and the catfish are still too skittish for me...
Sometimes that's an efficient way of getting them, but not one I'd bet any money on. On my previous save, despite frequent use of the seed makers, the only spare ancient seeds I had late in year 3 were the 3 I'd crafted after the greenhouse was full. In an earlier save, I seemed to get them from seed makers about as often as I got mixed seeds.I've found that seed makers are a pretty good way to get ancient seeds pretty regularly. my 4x iridium sprinkler sunflower patch has netted at least 3 of them so far
Congrats on the catch and that stash. Though I have to admit that I'm a bit surprised that you got that many Legend II roe without the help of golden animal crackers. Makes it a lot more impressive.I caught some more Legend II on the Extended Family quest. I have enough fish ponds now. I have 237 jars of Legend II aged roe saved up but I have nothing much left to spent it on. The house for Pam I guess but I kind of hate that one. The following one for the shortcuts is ok. I could get the hearts up and marry someone but I like it alone on my farm just me and my cat. Perfection I already did on another save. I'm thinking of starting a new save. This time go full fishing mode even more than the current one. Everything else just level up so I can get the iridium rod and the golden animal crackers from the Mastery Cave. And just focus on other strategic things like tree plantings for coal for smoking fish.
I usually find them in Artifact Troves and only rarely from seed maker.I've found that seed makers are a pretty good way to get ancient seeds pretty regularly. my 4x iridium sprinkler sunflower patch has netted at least 3 of them so far
I do have animal crackers on just about every pond on the current save. I meant for the new save that I would want them.Congrats on the catch and that stash. Ah, that makes sense. At first it seemed to me like you were just considering different things you might do, rather than first what to do on your current save, and then plans for your next save.I do have animal crackers on just about every pond on the current save. I meant for the new save that I would want them.

oh I forgot to mention that I'm not using the seed maker to make ancient seeds this time around. all the ancient fruit plants I have have only come from ancient seed drops I've gotten. it's been refreshing in a way.Sometimes that's an efficient way of getting them, but not one I'd bet any money on. I haven't been in the mines much this save. I've been fully focused on my forest and only have iridium from mostly a cat statue that I accidentally got 4 candles for. oopsI usually find them in Artifact Troves and only rarely from seed maker.

I got the achievement the day before, when entering Cindersap Forest for the Festival of Ice, therefore, the cutscene only triggered today, when I entered the forest again. In both cases, I entered Cindersap Forest from the farm, so I can not tell if entering the forest from the town triggers or not the cutscene.Did you get the achievement at the same time, or earlier?
