Solved Transfer saved game between PC, PS4 and/or Switch

Hi Stardew Valley's community! First of all, sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't find any specific info on the forum and even on the rest of the internet.

I own Stardew Valley on PC, PS4 and Nintendo Switch. I would like to use the same saved game for the three platforms. I know PC and Android save files are compatible, and there is not cross save feature, but... Is there any way to use PC, PS4 and Switch saved games in any combination? It would be very useful to enjoy the game without repeating some parts of the game on each platform. Thanks in advance.

So far as I know, you can't play the same save on multiple platforms, no. Basically, the only reason to have multiple platforms just for yourself is so you can have one farm to play at home and another farm to play when you're on the go, imho.

Unfortunately you can't move console saves to or from other platforms. I do know that on the Switch you can play the same save on multiple Switches, and that may be the case for other consoles, but I know that doesn't help in your instance.
