What do you usually do in the late game (After you have finished all the events and have a lot of money)?

I recently returned to my first save, where I was in the position you describe and had given up on that farm as being "done." Which was very much not the case. For starters, it was created and "finished" in v1.3.36 so I had all the v1.4 events to do which was a nice motivator to return.

* I'm married to Penny :penny: so her 14  event inspired me to decorate the house, which I've never done in any save, and that was actually way more fun than I'd anticipated.
* I've added 6 fish ponds for the express purpose of getting materials to fish up all the Legendary fish, I have 3 of the 5 now. I also got the Lava Eel and am trying for the Octopus, the other 2 very difficult fish. I will probably try for the full catch of one of every fish after the Legendarys are done.
* I only got the bachelorettes up to 10  and now am doing the same for the bachelors as I've seen few of their 6  and above scenes.
* I tried to make a maximal Farm setup with 500+ crops to be harvested in a minimum of time and that's quite a task for someone who has spent a lot of time on this forum singing the praises of Lazy Farming. It's going pretty well and the Golden Hoe is a great help here, but it's getting Iridium next.
* I also reorganized the entire farm layout for efficiency and access to:
the new giant Farm
Greenhouse
Barn & Coop and their grazing areas
Shed full of Kegs and Preserves Jars (soon to be Sheds)
Tapping Forest
Fish Ponds
Outdoor storage area

And probably some other stuff, too. Funny how much you can do after you think you're "done."

In my solo (technically my second, but a replay of my first which was lost 😢), I'm currently going for Master Angler and Big Help. Still have to get 2 kids too for Full House. Still need to kill a few Mummies, Serpents and Pepper Rex too, in order to get Protector of the Valley. Oh, and I keep forgetting to follow up on Secret Note #13 at the appropriate time. Lots to do.

My current vanity project to fill the rest of my time? After my shed that has all my crafting stuff like my workbench, chests for storage, worm bins, recyclers, wood chipper, kilns and furnaces... well, I built 3 more, 1 full of kegs, 1 full of preserves jars, and one that's half and half kegs and preserves jars. I then built a 5th shed that is on it's way to being 3/4 full of crystallariums producing diamonds and 1/4 full of statues of endless fortune.

This isn't all I worked on after reaching "end game" status in this save. I still had Monoculture and Polyculture to do, and most of the monster eradication goals amongst other things still before I got to where I am.

A lot of people design & decorate, marry & divorce, or create a specialty. One time I made a jam/honey/syrup empire! I filled the entire sewer with preserves jars, planted and tapped maple trees in the entire railroad area, and placed beehives everywhere around town. But that's when I start getting ideas for a new farm. I haven't tried all the farm maps yet, I've never built a mill or slime hutch, never done a Joja playthrough, and never yet really got the hang of the slingshot.

Getting all the achievements.
Getting max hearts with everyone, including my 2 useless hat stands children.
Completing all bounty quests at the adventurers guild.
Having all the possible buildings on my farm, at least one of each (except cabins, I play solo).
Then my last goal is filling every crop field in my farm with sweet gem berries, but usually a new major update comes out before I get to do that, and I start a new farm.

I bought the Gold Clock for 10M Gold. I have 7 big sheds: 3 full of crystalariums - diamonds, pink shards, and jade (for stairs). 3 full of preserve jars and 1 full of wine caskets. I have 8 Junimo huts that collect all of my crops for me. One field is full of ancient fruit.

I bought all three towers from the Wizard.

As soon as everything finishes in the cellar, I'm going to load it with 180 casks and fill it with already processed ancient fruit wine. It takes 2 seasons to finish and I can't wait to see what that is going to yield.

I usually try to complete as many achievements as I can, work on my farm and farmhouse layouts, and collect hats!
