Do you have a naming system for your animals/pets?

I only have seventy-two rabbits, last one is Hafnium, next up is Tantalum. So far, I have only run out of space with Praseodymium (it has one letter too many). I built the next coop already, still have to finish fully upgrading it and then I can put in new baby bunnies. Each coop must have a giant plush bunny from the Egg Festival, which is why I haven't got a full set yet. I originally planned for 100 even, but now that you guys have brought it up, I don't see why I can't collect all 118 (Oganesson).

please tell me all the noble/inert rabbits are in their own coop :smile:

Well, no, since I am going in order. Something to think about for the future, although I put a lot of work into setting up each coop so that wool is produced evenly every day, and I'm not sure I am okay with disrupting that. It would be funny, though.

Um ... well ... sadly, there can only be twelve rabbits in a coop, so that won't be possible. The thought is very amusing, though!

Shoot, you're right. Well, I suppose just have those coops on their own.

I don't remember that one. *goes check book* Oh, they must've named that one since the book was printed. Back then, they'd only named up until 112.

Just a cat and dog to keep me company in my current save, named after my dog Ziggy, and the ginger cat I had growing up named Garfield.

I'm trying out a playthrough with no barn or coop animals, it's challenging.

I have a ziggy too (after ziggy stardust) but if I do it usually starts the disastrous naming of artists from that era 🙄

My current playthrough is a “true to the heritage” challenge run, I’m so poor

I'm lazy as hell and haven't touched the game in a while so don't have any animals. But I would probably name them names I like which are. Troy, Zachary, Wilton, Milon(Milon was the name of my Alakazam in Pokemon Blue. Dude is a unit.), Ruby, Dianca, Amyra, etc. Maybe some stuff like Hydrogen and Calculus in there too.

Would you make Hydrogen a rabbit? Just to keep the theme up.

Lol the disastrous naming of artists from that era is going to be my thing from now on. I wonder what's next after Ziggy Stardust...maybe Stevie (Nicks).

WAIT, I commented earlier that I don't really have a naming system but I remembered that i do, but just for pigs.

I'm not exactly sure when it started (maybe even almost a decade ago at this point), but all my pigs always follow the naming scheme of ___orto

So Horto, Borto, Torto, Brorto, Hrorto, Liorto, and so on, some of the names get super vague once I have a couple hundred pigs, too, I think I once had a couple along the lines of Brorotrorto which I can barely pronounce without tripping over my own tongue.

My horse always get "stranger"

Had one save I name the farm animals after game of thrones characters,

One save I had lots for dinosaurs I names them after fiction dinosaurs...little foot, Godzilla etc

And the current save I'm naming them after my Mum's favourite musicians or bands or band members - Bon Jovi, Skyhooks etc
