It depends. At home I just use the phone's speaker. If there are others around, like when I'm sneaking a day or two at work, I'm using earbuds. Just listening to the game with one ear though, so it's easier to be aware of stuff around me.

I used to use my laptop's speakers, but didn't want my family to have to listen to the game when they were watching TV (my desk is in our living area).

So I got some wired headphones and the surround sound has been amazing. I used to use my earbuds but they kept running out of battery halfway through my game!

My earbuds luckily last a long time so I don't have to worry about that. I used to use a pair of really bad five dollar wired earphones before I got my TWS and I used to play with that.

I try to do the one ear trick but I just feel uncomfortable and odd with one earbud in.

My grandma gets mad when I use earbuds because I can't hear anything due to ANC so my dad told me to put one in and keep the other out but I personally think it's better if you just take them out and listen to what someone has to say and then pop them back in.
My headphones once broke and only the right side worked. My mom said that listening like that is rlly bad for my ears even if I alternate them. So yea it's better to have the sound come from both sides evenly

It messes with my head having only one earbud work tbh. Even on mono sound. Your mom gave good advice.
