today in my world i managed on the VERY last day feasible to plant starfruit, managed to finish the vault and buy $40,000 worth of starfruit seeds for a last day of the season big CHA CHING harvest. so a very good day ^-^

A lot have been happening for me. Over the weekend, I got the bus up and running and got the galaxy sword. I swore a bit over my decision to pick remixed bundles as I handed over 15 Angler roe to complete the Fish Farmer bundle and get the greenhouse before winter. Immediately went to buy as many starfruit seeds as I could (not all that many). Upgraded the coop so I could hatch my dino egg. I also finally got an ancient seed, from an artifact spot. 299 bug-type enemies killed and the only seeds I got were rice shoots.

Played about one season a day during the weekend. Got the bridge repaired just before stopping for the night just before 2 am (my farmer and me both). Fish tank and bulletin board left.

I had bought probably over 50 seeds for summer, planted them on the first day and it took me until I passed out... I was watering my seeds and MISSED ONE SPOT RIGHT BEFORE I PASSED OUT!!!
NOW MY HARVEST IS GOING TO BE OFF BY ONE!!!!

Today I entered the walnut room, checked the perfection tracker - 40%. Did a few volcano runs, collecting dragon teeth for the obelisk and and cinder shards for enchanting, and got two cool drops back to back from rare chests - the dragontooth club (first time ever getting it, love how it looks) and the next day - deluxe pirate hat, one of my favourite ones.
The dinosaur coop is still in progress, getting those blossom coins takes a really long time, but I'll get there eventually

the exact same thing happened to me, except that I was playing on mobile and I had no idea what it was, and also I had no idea what it meant by no need for water, because seriously, who waters a hat?

Rolled into Autumn, caught a sea cucumber for lucky lunch - all meals done.
Now trying to finish crafted items - Autumn flower is fairy rose for fairy dust, but I'm also missing garlic oil, so that will have to be a plot with speed-gro on ginger island becuase I don't want to wait for spring.
Then when the fair rolls round, pick up the missing rarecrow and then unlock the deluxe one. That will be there or thereabouts.

Picked up Qi's extended family quest in the evening. -1 day.
The next day I caught Legend 2 and Glacierfish Jr. pretty quickly and my luck ran out I couldn't even hook that radioactive carp and just wasted all bait I had on me and my trap bobber broke. At least I got to watch the lunaloos. Next day was very busy being the first day of the season - I tried to squeeze some fishing in, caught Ms. Angler, but again - no luck on anything else.
Finished Professor snail's last skeleton, getting the fossilized skull in my second golden coconut. On my previous save I opened so many of those and it never showed up:cry:
Enhanced my new dragotooth club at the forge and enchanted it with crusader. Right after i went for a volcano run, and on the ninth floor got a hot java ring. I don't need it, I've got plenty of coffee beans planted in my greenhouse, but I thought it would be cool to have it, so I went to trash some sap to free a slot in my inventory - and threw away my

As much as I hate restarting days, this was such a tragedy I exited to title without thinking, closed the game, and put away my phone to read
(Btw just picked up a really cool book "love and piranhas" though I believe it hasn't been translated to English yet)

This again happened yesterday, but it was the luau (and I forgot Maru's birthday the previous:mad:), and I pleased the Governor with my iridium-grade flounder, also getting to World 3 in JOTPK, and almost beating Junimo Kart the next day.

Finally got the achievement for perfection, after waiving the Golden Clock requirement (I got everything else though). Then I immediately started a new game so I could go the CC route again, and I'll probably try a no coop/barn run. Fishing is allowed though.

After a several month hiatus, I'm back to playing my 25% profits Beach Farm.

Unfortunately, this happened: I had Journal Scrap #10 and gave it to Penny. I haven't gotten any Journal Scraps since then, so I seem to be locked out of reading Journal Scrap #10 or ever finding #11.

Thankfully, Perfection shouldn't be ruined, because it's still possible to find an Ostrich Egg in a rare volcano chest, right?

Still, this is an unfortunate thing. A dev oversight?

Nah, you can still get it again (I accidentally threw #10 back into the water/lava and eventually got it again). It just takes a very long time.

See, the % chance of getting a journal scrap from any given scrap-revealing activity decreases with each scrap you get. So by the time you're down to 10 and 11 the odds get very slim and grinding it can be a very long and tedious process. And there's nothing for it but to be tenacious, stubborn, and patient.
