Xbox Missing drum block!

Hello! I have the flute block recipe, but not the drum block! I have had everyone at 10 hearts for several in-game years. I am playing on x-box with no mods! Is there any way to fix this?

I’m having the exact same issue, I’ve been at 99% perfection for months because I can’t complete all my crafts. 10 hearts with everyone, including robin, I’ve donated every item to the museum including the ancient drum block, and I have the flute block. No matter how frequently I enter robins shop, it does not activate the drum block event. Even with no one in the house except robin. Meaning no cut scenes or other player events are blocking me. I have no idea how to fix this and I don’t want to start a new save file at this point because what the actual ****. Who forces people to play a game they can’t complete due to bugs.
