I downloaded the community center rebuilder mod and when i turned game on and it loaded mod but the community center didnt change it stayed the same as it was before i got mod what do i need to do for it to work

Which mod? Community Center Reimagined? That just makes more villagers use it more often and adds a community day to the end of every season. If you are looking for a solid Community Center completer, there is a good cheat mod called CBJ cheats you can instantly complete the CC among many other things.
