It's the only day of the year Pam doesn't work (annual doctor's appointment) so I couldn't get to the desert.

Almost The same thing happened to me! I can’t begrudge Pam a day off. She works every day- or really just stands around.

Me thinking that using bombs can clear debris and trees so Robin can build me a coop and a barn.

It does clear the debris, but the ground is all tilled.
And I have to untill it. Every, single, plot of land that I bombed. Took 2 days and all my stamina.
I tried to be fast and that happen.

The only time I did that, I restarted the day.
You can un-till tilled tiles??? How did I not find this out until now?!? To date I have just left tiles to un-till on their own... waiting... sometimes weeks... so that I could put in some path or a fence! Why did nobody tell me this???

Yes, you can use your pickaxes on tilled spots to untill them

This may be the best piece of information I learned here a few months ago. You can get that farm all cleaned up instead of waiting a week. Though waiting has it's own charms...

My wife accidentally destroyed her Stardew Hero Trophy in a rather unfortunate chain of events a mere day after receiving it.
She just received the trophy after completing all the bundles, restoring the Community Center.
Went home with a smile on her face and placed it on the right side of the bed (I mean, you wanna see something beautiful when you open your eyes in the morning, right?).
The next day she came home from her chores on the farm only to find her trusty dog blocking the left side of the bed.
Now, since she‘s playing on a tablet, it‘s not that easy to move the dog, so she decided to hop in from the right side.
But she likes it cosy, so the right side was cluttered with the plush bunny, the bear statue, the jumino plush and the trophy, the latter keeping her from getting her z‘s.
She suddenly realized that it was 1:50 already and hastily decided to scoop up the trophy and move it. However her inventory was full from the recent harvest and thus the trophy remained unplaced when she fell unconscious on the bed.
When she woke up the next morning the trophy was lost in the darkest netherrealms even Yoba can‘t fathom - nowhere to be seen again.
TL;DR: There sits my sad wife, crying in her pillow, because she lost her hero trophy thanks to her lazy dog and her messy bedroom. Considers stuffing the dog into the cheese press.
