Buy everyone a round

I was thinking that it would be cool to have the option to "buy a round" for everyone currently in the Saloon for a small friendship increase. Even if it was once or twice weekly for game balancing issues.

Well... you kinda can? You just buy a beer for everyone at the saloon and then pass them out. (One person that frequents the Saloon regularly does not like beer, though.)

I love this idea but would like to make it so that it triggers a mini event when you do this, would be a nice addition
