Option For Father or Mother to Send Letters

I am unsure how big of a change this would be but I think it would be nice to be able to choose which parent sends letters to the farmer. Especially for those with deceased or estranged parents in real life I think this would be a nice small edition.

This could be an option when starting up a farm for the first time to choose which parent sends letters to the farmer while character creation is taking place.

Unsure if this is possible or if other players feel the same but I would greatly appreciate this small edit!

You can kind of choose, if you don’t care about your own gender. The parent is always opposite from you.

They made it so you can get messages sent to you

I like the idea, after all it kind of gets boring seeing so many stardew videos were the player goes with the female character just because of the money. It almost makes it look like the father does not really care about us and just sends money so that it doesn't look bad. Meanwhile mom goes to all the trouble to send a cake and cookies trough the same postal service that allows for bombs to be mailed, plus making a cake is much more trouble than sending money. I truly fell bad that the mother does not have as much recognition because the stardew community as grown money hungry over the years. Anyway this is just my opinion.
