anyone able to confirm whether the random crashes in split screen have been fixed?

edit: can confirm that they still occur:(

this sucks because i need multiplayer to get all the clothes from the desert festival but it crashes whenever i try to disconnect one player and connect another one

There was a new patch yesterday which is supposed to fix some crashes. I’m not sure if the multiplayer ones are fixed.

Yes, but they were testing with the patch before this one, so it might be fixed now.

I can't say that I've had a crash under this particular scenario before. However, the random split screen crashes I've been experiencing were still happening as of the major patch 2 weeks ago and Mr. Ape just pushed out a hotfix yesterday. The jury is still out on whether this hotfix fixed the random crashes, but I'm not holding my breathe

It sounds like a quick test for you if you know exactly what causes your crash
